I think if we can give drug users clean injecting equpiment we should give self harmers sterile cutting eqipment
Other wise its one rule for one and another for the other - it would also imply that drug use is more exceptable than self harm... (neithers fab but noone government/nhs should be able to judge one more exceptable than the other)
