What level of right to privacy do I have here? Can the nurses dig in the trash can in my room? Is the trash can, since it's in my room, still considered my private property? Would the trash only be considered curtilage, if I brought it outside of the room for the CNA to get rid of it? How much writing paper can I flush down the toilet?
