I vote for A+E also, the have a duty to have you assessed by a medical professional in the field and also its somewhere safe away from any items which you could consider using for self injury or anything else.
Also, i wondered if this is the first time that you have been upset with the treatment given to you by the woman you see. If it isnt the first time, i would suggest writing a complaint also
