I am currently:

Stress can often trigger me to want to self harm as well.

My advice is to do something to try and distract yourself.

I believe physical exercise is supposed to relieve stress.

For example I like taking my dog for a walk and that usually calms me down.


So try going for a run or start playing sport or if you have a dog take it for a walk. I dunno but I hope you feel better soon.
