I know you work there every day but it is still good to make a good impression and show you have made an effort.
Even if its just some lippy you wouldnt normally wear or your hair in a smart bun or something. Nice shoes. You can keep em under your desk until the interview if they kill your feet!!!
If you dont understand a question get them to repeat it or elaborate on it. There is no shame in asking to repeat it. Far better than waffling on for 20 minutes about something completely unrelated!!
