You'll be fine, Erin. They obviously think you're good enough or you wouldn't have got to the interview stage. Secondly, being nervous isn't an inherently bad thing. It shows them that you want the job and that's a good thing. They will also be understanding and expecting you to be nervous. Most people are nervous about job interviews.

First things first, although honey and yoghurt would be great, it might be a bit messy. Try and find something to wear that you feel comfortable in but I think it's important to get something that looks smart and sophisticated - not just for their first impressions but it can help your confidence a lot. Wearing smart looking, sophisticated clothes can make you feel smart and sophisticated. Make sure you allow plenty of time to get yourself ready as well.

Try to to think about the interview that much before you go in because it will only prey on your nerves and you'll enter the interview room a gibbering wreck. Listen to your favourite songs, read a book, whatever but try and stay as relaxed as possible before you go in. I don't think it's that important to go through all the things they can ask you because you can sound too rehearsed. You need to make sure you sound natural.

I think you if you know quite a lot about the company, they can be quite impressed with that. Try not too talk too much, as well. Try and think of it as any other conversation and let the interviewer have time to talk as well. Listen to the question and answer it but keep your answers down to about 2-3 minutes minimum. Try and ask them questions too and keep a sort of give and take atmosphere but don't hesitate to talk about you.

Make sure you're positive and enthusiastic about everything, too. Focus on the things you've done and you've achieved.

Above all, try not to worry about it. Even if you don't get the job, there will plenty of other opportunities around. Just go in and be yourself.

*squishes you* Knock 'em dead, girl!
