I traveled round Europe last summer and had the time of my life. I'd do exactly the same thing in a heart beat. I met so many fabulous people - a few of which I'm still really good friends with.

I went with a company, where you choose a "loop" and get on and off as you please. You fly to one of the cities/towns on the loop and start there, they give you an AMAZING book and they organise day/night trips, bar crawls, adventure days, trips away to other place for a few days. Stuff like that. I went wine tasting, cycled round Paris for 5 hours at night (much more fun then it sounds), you can go paragliding, white water rafting, we rode horses on the beach, went on a pirate cruise round St.Tropez, music festivals in Nice, there's stuff like The Running of the Bulls in Pampolona if you're into that kinda thing. Always going to be things to do. ALWAYS.

Basically, amazing.

Let me know if you want any information on it, I've got loads of stuff.

Umm. I went to

Madrid, Sans Sebastian, Bourdeaux, Nice, Tour, Paris, Bern, Lauterbrunnen, Barcelona, Valencia, and 4 other places that I can't remember...
Hmm.
Italy! I went there too.

Anyway. Yes. You'll find that if you're staying in hostels, that they'll be full of information on things to do and places to go with discounts and all that lovely stuff.

Also,if you need a guide in Paris, totally let me know. I can walk around with my eyes closed and my hands tied behind my back =D
