need to
i have so much going on right now i just want to cut again! i only cut yesterday and i still feel guilty and im such a failure for it! but i got too much in my head with noone to talk to this week! i need to cut so badly i really do! i need it to continue i got out of all these thoughts but now back in them! i managed to go about a month with any self harm at all! a month how bad is tht.
