Something needs to change -- stop providing council houses & free money to anyone under 16/18 that has a baby & when all their friends see how much of a struggle it is they'll keep their ****in knickers on or use a friggin condom.
Or use contreception. (which I believe is free because it's cheaper for the gobernment to do that, than it would be to provide benefits and council housing)
