Yeah it will probably take a bit of time to get back into your system properly but it's ok to reach out to your CPN any time you need to even just for a bit of reassurance.

	I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much. Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass. You didn't come this far just to come this far.
