It can be so hard to get into a routine with your sleeping schedule. It took me a while to get into a good pattern but it is achievable. You don't have to be getting up really early either, just a time that you can consistently manage and setting an alarm helps. I found that I can get up consistently at 9.30am but not 9am so it's really all about what you can manage as long as it doesn't make you miss appointments etc.
I'm sorry you're having to go through another move and it and seeing your Mum is unsettling for you. Can you try and plan for someone else to be able to help in the future?
