I think sticking to getting up at the same time would be helpful but I can never seem to do that
Ywp I have support from friends, student support, Unite Union I'm moving hotels again today and that always unsettles me. My mum had to help me carry bags. I didn't want to invite her into my life more than I had to. I made a mistake, I don't actually want her here. It unsettles me too. It churns me up inside.
