I'm so sorry things are difficult for you and your family members. It can be extra hard when there are lots of people struggling at the same time. Do you have other family members who can support you all? Are you still seeing your therapist etc?

	I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much. Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass. You didn't come this far just to come this far.
