From a mod perspective, if you put it in MH and then someone discussed abuse or suicide or ED shenanigans, people might report it for being inappropriate for the board and that would be valid. However if it's already in serious, the only potential reports could be that it's actually not super-serious and could go elsewhere but I would just ignore any reports on that because it's only one thread so it's not like it's taking up too much space and it means there is the option to be super-serious at any point.
