Also I noticed that you are in Australia OP. The vast majority of members are in the UK though there are some members in the USA and Europe. The quietness gets worse after 10 pm UK time. So yes there may be times when you're the only person online due to time zone differences. That doesn't mean that you're not welcome. Like has been said if you need support post and someone will respond.
