It always baffles me when others make posts in support threads about having read someone's RV. I just... don't. I assume those are more personal, private spaces and if someone wanted support for something they would post about it in a support board. Maybe I am wrong.

Also it's not that much reading. For example just now when I logged in there are maybe 2 unread threads. So I'm not spending hours a day on this or anything.

eta: Jenna maybe I should send you a list of my ignored threads so you know which other ones to read?
