I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling. Do you perhaps know what might be triggering this kind of eating pattern for you? It could help to try to find the source and then work from there. And for the days when you're forgetting to eat, you could try writing it down to remember. I'm not sure if this is the kind of support you're looking for from here, but these were the two thoughts I had.
