My technique
I've found that it's easier if, at the start of the day you say "I won't sh until lunchtime" and then at lunch time, you say, "Well done, we did it. Now we're gonna try not sh'ing until dinner time." I find breaking it down into small achievable goals seems to help more than anything. Because then by the end of the day you feel like you've achieved a lot more, than if you simply focused on counting the days. I don't know if that helpful at all but I've found it works well enough for me. Good luck guys!!
