personally I don't think celeb adverts have any effect in that way, but usually I don't even know or like the celebs who are doing the advertising.
and when the Mr T 'GET SOME NUTS!' advert came out, My friends actually did walk straight to a shop and get about 5 snickers bars each because Mr T told them to. Even I was tempted to get a snickers bar because I loved mr T and the advert and I don't even like Nuts!
