It's really hard when you don't know what you need. If someone were to give you support options would that be better? I know there's maybe not much you can access right now though, but are there friends/family who could offer you something?

	I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much. Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass. You didn't come this far just to come this far.
