It's been 1 month! I have not self-harmed for 1 month again! This is after I had gone for a 4 months and a week well for months and five days to get technical. So for me this is Major again. I was going to reward Myself by going swimming and instead I decided to put the money and that I would have used for swimming into my vacation funds so that I can hopefully go on vacation a little bit sooner. I'm so happy! I'm in a really good place emotionally and I've been doing a whole lot better.
