Hi all,

I've got a depressive personality disorder and I've been seriously self harming for about 3 years. Since I broke up with my ex 6 months ago I've gone downhill and am on very high anti depressants as well as Olanzapine (anti psychotic). They gave me the Olanzapine because I suffer from having self-mutilation images in my head as well as sometimes hearing a voice and having suicidal urges, but I wanted to come off it because it just makes me eat and sleep and nothing else. I've been off it for 3 days and already the images are coming back. I feel really fed up with not getting better.

I just wanted to share this to see if anyone can relate at all.
