Don't throw anything away, you will regret it in the future. Box up anything that makes you feel upset and seal it shut until you feel more capable with dealing with it (and that time will come eventually)
If you need help then page your therapist, it's what she is there for. It shouldn't matter if you only saw her recently, circumstances change from minute to minute and even though you felt ok earlier, the fact remains that you don't feel that way now - and now is when you really need her help.
Is there a possiblility of contacting her via email? That way you might find it easier to say the things you have said on here without having to verbalise them and make yourself upset.
