I am struggling been accepted for a personality disorder pathway but it is taking a long time to be able to start and in the mean time I have been more or less left to deal on my own. I had to go to A&E once and should have gone again but they just weren't interested so a friend patched me up.

I am under CMHT but they aren't really helping
