I am currently:

Either that or I get more and pissed off and infuriated with whoever or they end getting threatening towards me or coming over as aggressive in texts.
Whereas if I turn my mobile off for a few days, it gives me time to reassess the situation and calm down and I ain’t tempted to really let off what I feel about them. Plus I found that on my days that my mobile is switched off I get more done like I ain’t scrolling through social media making myself more depressed or looking at an empty inbox or refreshing my emails.

I’m sure we can all relate to when we’ve been peed off by someone and we’ve said something we don’t mean or wouldn’t dream of saying in anger and frustration or we’ve sat and scrolled through every status, forum message inventing every single worst case scenario in our heads wasting time that could of been working on a project, doing an assignment or simply enjoying a day off.

Have you ever confused a dream with life? Or stolen something when you have the cash? Have you ever been blue? Or thought your train moving while sitting still? Maybe I was just crazy. Maybe it was the 60's. Or maybe I was just a girl... interrupted.
I know what it's like to want to die. How it hurts to smile. How you try to fit in but you can't. How you hurt yourself on the outside to try to kill the thing on the inside. I tried groups, didn't work out just made my depression a lot worse.
