Hi, well done with your self harm free achievement. I left RYL for a while between 2013-2017 so I wouldn't have known you before now but I wanted to say hi and well done. If you need to post for support then please do. Take care.

	I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much. Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass. You didn't come this far just to come this far.
