While Demi Lovato is the Executive Producer for this documentary, it chronicles Jeff, Lauren and Lloyd. I like that the terminology seems to be evolving from severe mental illness to chronic, persistant mental illness- appreciating the long-term nature of the condition, but not necessarily classing depression as less or more severe than bipolar or schizophrenia. There is the opportunity for the everyday person to function with this diagnosis.
