Are you able to talk to your GP about this? I don't actually know anything about protecting scars but using SPF would of course be better than nothing. I hope someone can offer you some advice. Enjoy your travelling. :)

	I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much. Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass. You didn't come this far just to come this far.
