A dementor. They are basically personifications of depression, and I have more experience fighting depression than fighting giant snakes.
3. Spend a week with Dudley Dursley OR A week with Kreacher the house elf?
Depends on whether Dudley comes packaged with his parents. If he does, I'd rather take Kreacher.
4. Be a Quidditch keeper OR Be a Quidditch beater?
Can I not be in any team sports? Nothing can make them seem good for me. Not even magic.
5. Be sorted into Ravenclaw OR Be sorted into Hufflepuff?
Hufflepuff. No unrealistic expectations.
6. Have an invisibility cloak OR Have a time-turner?
Another tough one. I'd rather have the cloak...if I wasn't in a situation that can only be fixed by a time-turner. Too bad those things are fictional though.

I'd rather eat a bean. It's just one bean, and I've ate a lot of gross stuff in my life.

Yule Ball. World Cup is cool, but I hate crowds.

Weasleys are cool, but there's just too many interesting things in Diagon Alley.
10. Have Severus Snape as your father OR Delores Umbridge as your mother?
Hard to tell as we can only speculate what they were like with their family. But I'd rather take Snape.
11. Have a pet Hippogriff OR Have a pet Phoenix?
A Phoenix. I'd love to have a pet that will live as long as I do, or longer.
12. Take a class in Potions OR Takes a class in Caring for Magical Creatures?
Potions. Hagrid is cool, but I'd rather not face his "pets".
13. Have a flying broomstick OR Have an enchanted flying car?
Flying car. So I can get places when it's bloody freezing outside.
14. Be a werewolf like Remus Lupin OR Be a ghost like Nearly-Headless Nick?
Both suck, but at least werewolves can be helped by a potion, so I'd rather be a werewolf.
15. Spend a week lost in The Forbidden Forest OR Spend a day in Azkaban?
A week in the Forbidden Forest would need me to escape centaurs, giant spiders and all kinds of wild monsters. No idea how to do this. And a day of Azkaban is just me sitting all alone in a dark room, relieving my worst thoughts and memories and wondering if I will end up as an empty shell with my soul sucked out? Pretty much been there, done that. So I'm taking the Azkaban.
16. Play Quidditch OR Play Wizards Chess?
Wizard chess. I love chess.
17. Be a teacher at Hogwarts OR Be an Auror?
I'd rather be a teacher. Because I am a teacher and I don't think I'll make a good magic cop.
18. Have Hagrid as a friend OR Have Dobby as a friend?
They are both sweet, but Dobby, while well intentioned, has a tendency to get people he cares about into trouble. So I'd rather have Hagrid.
19. Change the story so Dumbledore doesn't get killed OR Change the story so Sirius doesn't get killed?
Sirius. In my opinion Dumbledore is the best character of the whole story, but he lived a long and fulfilling life, and Sirius died young and didn't get to see much in the world.
20. Spend an hour talking with J.K. Rowling OR Spend an hour talking with Daniel Radcliffe?
Can I not spend an hour talking to any strangers, even famous, especially famous?
