Carmen it's not possible but thank you so much for the suggestion.
The idea of talking to my team and making plans is what's been suggested here. It's hard because I feel like I've failed if I change plans. I also find loose structures much more helpful.
This weekend I have no set plans bar tge usual errands. I may get a sketch book or raid the works for a crochet book as those are things I want to get in to.
