I don't know whether this comes under the official SAD diagnosis however I do believe all the things you described are very much real. It makes sense that the summer can bring all these feelings of distress and I relate to some of them. For me personally I feel more anxious wearing fewer clothes and showing my body shape and scars etc I also overheat and feel sick like you. SAD is seasonal affective disorder and this is you being affected mental health wise by the change in season so it does make perfect sense.
