Where do your parents, sister, brother live , if you have them? Sometimes people are willing to lend a hand but need to be told they are needed first. Or maybe a teen babysitter at least once a week...she watches the baby while you catch up on your sleep debt, and you are still there if something urgent happens? At some point you have to get some sleep even if it costs something.
