I relate SO much! It might not be that the volume of your voice is too low, but that maybe the anxiety causes you to try and get the words out as fast as possible? Something to also think about it whether you're lifting your head up when you speak. When we fear that we won't be heard, strangely we can tend to try and talk into our chests. Developing your voice tagged practice, maybe try reading aloud to yourself in the privacy of your own room, trying speaking in different ways and voices, for fun and to exercise you voice.

Another suggestion (one I'm trying to work out how to do myself) is singing. Singing is excellent for this, especially if it's something you enjoy. It's important to be able to do it in a place you won't feel anxious though, and getting that kind of privacy isn't always easy.
