I didn't do anything special. I just took things day by day. I wasn't mad about it and I didn't worry about it. I wasn't aware of the lingering effects some people could have so I just assumed I would get better in a few weeks. I was doing a lot of sports so I wasn't too upset about the physical suffering (used to it). Now I would eat a lot of wheat bran and others anti-viral things

I'm not sure I like one name over another but I know if you search forum for posts here you probably find more under glandular fever. Adding GF to title might also get more replies form peeps who been down that road lol. Being from US I used to read posts about that but didn't know it was mono. Took me awhile to spot the terms.
