That's great news, am proud of you, that's a positive step, I really hope she's able to help you, if you're not sure what to ask her, or how to explain what you need help with, then perhaps you could either print out, or make some notes from here, so she fully understands your needs, and the problems you're encountering with getting appointments you need, and the fact that you feel your voice is not being heard, and that you feel it may help if she were to advocate your need for an appointment.
I had the same problem down here with my voice not being heard, it's terrible, it should be easier to get what we need, and it's mostly because of funding cuts, service closures, and understaffing, in any services that are available, hence their reluctant to provide appointments, unless your considered an immediate danger to yourself or others, and this is something I'm working on, and attempting to campaign to change :)
