Thank you.

I will ask my support workers to be vigilant about early warning signs when I'm out with one. At home I will try to be more vigilant too.

I do some cardio at the gym, but due to my vertigo I can't do a lot of cardio. I've started doing powerlifting at the gym which has been amazing. As well as general weightlifting. I did an 80 minute cardio / weightlifting / powerlifting workout yesterday morning and I haven't had a meltdown since! Which is something as I'm on the way to an exam at uni right now.

I will look into an autism specialist. I will email the lead coordinator at my local NAS to ask about private autism specialists. As the NHS has been less than useful in that respect.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
