I had the same issues when I shared a flat with strangers.
I started keeping food that didn't need a refrigerator in my room because they often were in the kitchen with their friends all night and I felt too awkward to go in there.
I think you need to sort out some support before things go way downhill, Hannah.
I haven't had internet at home for over two years now.
Got used to it and find the internet boring by now :P
