Haven't been on here for ages. Feels like stuff is going bad again. Not coping.

Need to stop this before it goes any further. Promised myself I wouldn't go through this again.

Feeling so low, being irritable, turning back to SH, scared of the future, can't face the world.

Need to change things quickly. Sinking. And destroying everything good around me.

No friends, no one to talk to. Lonely.

Help??
