I am in hospital as an outpatient and once a week i have a one tto one session on top of other groups like cbt and drama therapy

this week my homework was not to cut more than twice and to hidwe it from family members

so far iv3e cut once but tonight i really feel the need to its been a bad night, ive no problem with hiding it i have a secondary place where it would be hidden but im scared of cuting coz it would take away my safety net of one night
