Well done for trying so hard to stay on top of things - making a budget sounds really positive.

If you struggle to remember to take the meds on time, could you set alarms on your phone to remind you? I'm glad they're helping things stay more manageable.

If you want to tidy your room could you maybe do little bits at a time with something less boring in between? Are you managing to do relaxing things too?
