Thanks htt came and told me to take clonazapam 3x a day and premethrizine at night. Should help. I'm hoping.
Already taken clonaz and it's slowed things down a bit.
I mindfully ate a pot noodle does that count lol
Hythe said they are gonna watch me over the next few days see how I go.
