Hi there, sorry to hear you're having some issues with your brother. Have you ever spoken to your dad about it? It sounds like maybe your brother has respect for him, so if your dad had a stern word with your brother about the way he treats your mum, it might have some effect.
Does your brother still live in the family home? If so, I'd advise your mother to tell your brother that either he treats her with respect or finds somewhere else to live!
