Hi there! Sorry to hear that you're not coping very well. I see you mention that there aren't support groups for older people with self harm. Have you looked at any other support options? Like therapy etc?
If you haven't, my advice for a first step is to speak to your doctor/GP about how you're feeling and about the self harm. They may be able to offer some support or refer you to anywhere else than can.
Do you want to stop self harming? Have you tried alternative methods? Like squeezing an ice cube really hard?
