My partner is kind of the same. He went through the big diagnosis and he only got a result from elimination.
He's 24 and it takes him about 2 hours just to be able to get out of bed.

He has been diagnosed with Ankylosing spondylitis. He has to do an injection ever other week for it.

It is really hard but when you know what it is it does make it easier.
