The gym was good. I can now run for a solid 5 mins haha . small achievement but it is still an achievement. I am impressed I started the c25k on week 4.
I might see how I go and see how far I can push it. Slow and steady I might actually make it. I know I can do 10k with training but then tend to live on ibroprohine for awhile. Damn body being built wrong lol.
Yay for sleep. I am going to binge watch Netflix and hope I sleep soon. It has been a busy day.
