hey i do tkd and still cut. it really helps when your depressed and stuff when you just want to hit summit like pads, when you first start you wont get hit or anything and you slowly build up to it. and your wearing pads so you hardly ever really get hurt. and you get shown blocks that i use to stop it hitting places.it also depends which type of tkd what omne you thinking of joining if you no?
