Ugh, so I finally went to see a therapist and it turns out they don't take my insurance. So now I'm stuck starting all over and the whole thing is really depressing. I just want to feel better and it's like the universe is against that. Is there anyone here who lives in Indiana especially the Lafayette area that knows a good therapist? I'm getting desperate. My daughter is really whiny today and it's getting on my nerves. My mood swings are bad today and it all just feels like too much.
