I'm far from a regular on this site but from my experience it can take a while for people to reply, it's not that people aren't interested or that no one cares. It's took me a while to think what to write to you...
I can relate to a few of the things you said but unfortunately i haven't figured the answers out myself yet so i can't guide you on that.
What are you in a foreign country for? is it for your studies or are you over there with your parents? Is going to a country where you can speak the language not an option?
I'm glad that you don't want to end your life even though you have those thoughts, are there any parts of your life that you do enjoy? even little things
