I am currently:

calming playlists are good.
plenty of sleep (don't set an alarm)

there is a really good book called "overcoming mood swings" which has tips about managing hypomania. you can get it on kindle.

doing art work is good too.

why does your gf think you shouldn't take prn? if its prescribed then why not take it?



The average,
well-adjusted adult
gets up at 7.30am feeling just plain terrible.
