Sometimes I see something, I know it's not real, and sometimes I don't. Sometimes it's in between, I know it's not, but I can see it, so trying to tell myself it isn't real just confuses me and blows a fuse and I panic more.
most of the time I know its not real but sometimes im unsure. like its like if I see something out of the ordinary I question it but still see it if that makes sense?

good idea Ill try that.
I always have my phone so watching music videos on that might help.

The average,
well-adjusted adult
gets up at 7.30am feeling just plain terrible.

Call me Kate.

I have dyslexia so please excuse my poor spelling and sometimes poor understanding.
